The space
*Please* 🙏🏼 read the whole description (the Space & Guest Access etc.) before you ask questions; 99% of the questions we get are answered here; and of course, utilize the various Guest Resources once you book.

You will have access to the entire 1 bed 1 bath apartment (~850 square feet), including the private outdoor patio. The bedroom has a top-notch Queen bed and a walk-in closet. The bathroom is where you will find a walk-in shower, and the stacked washer and dryer units. There is also a Single foldable memory-foam cot.

All 5 apartments are located on the 2nd floor. Upon entering the building, there will be a tall flight of stairs. On the ground floor, local businesses include a lighting company and a speak-easy *bar*.

If you need/prefer a patio with a clear, wide view of the city, check out Apt #1 ("Stylish Walkable Center Suite 1") in the same building. It is a 2-bedroom apt.

We provide an assigned parking spot in the lot directly across the street. There is also metered street parking available around the block.
Guest access
100% of the apartment and 1 Reserved parking spot (details in the House Manual and Check-in Instructions). Street parking is free after 5 pm and during weekends. There is a tall flight of stairs upon entering the building.

Guests won't have access to the mailboxes, so please do not use our address for deliveries, unless it's FedEx or UPS.
Additional notes
Please be aware of potential impact from street activity and bar music.
Guest interaction
We live nearby and can be onsite within minutes if needed.

You will feel right at home at the 610 Bar and Grill where Jordan and Logan are the bartenders. Be sure to let them know you're staying upstairs and are our guests. They will treat you with extra care!
