The space
*Please* 🙏🏼read the whole description (the Space & Guest Access etc.) before reaching out; 99% of the questions we get are answered here; and of course, utilize the various Guest Resources once you book.

The city-view balcony gives off a serious urban yet laid-back vibe! It may remind you of Bourbon Street in New Orleans as it does for us. If you prefer a quieter apartment, please check out Apt #5 (2BR-2BA) which is located towards the back of the building.

All 5 apartments are located on the 2nd floor. Upon entering the building, there will be a tall flight of stairs. On the ground floor, local businesses include a lighting company and a speak-easy *bar*.

You will have access to the entire 2 bed 1 bath apartment (~850 square feet), including the street-facing balcony. The master bedroom is directly connected to the balcony and dining area. The full bathroom has a skylight in the ceiling and sits between the master and 2nd bedroom; it is where you will find the stacked washer and dryer units.
Guest access
100% of the apartment and 1 Reserved parking spot (details in the House Manual and Check-in Instructions). Street parking is free after 5 pm and during weekends.

Guests won't have access to the mailboxes, so please do not use our address for deliveries, unless it's FedEx or UPS.

Please be aware of potential impact from street activity and bar music.

We live nearby and can be onsite within minutes if needed. The number to communicate with your hosts is the one with a 501 area code. You will also receive automated messages from a different number which is not monitored.

You will feel right at home at the 610 Bar and Grill where Jordan and Logan are the bartenders. Be sure to let them know you're staying upstairs. They will treat you with extra care!
Neighborhood overview
You are truly in the heart of downtown, only 2 blocks from skyscrapers. Upon entering the building, there is a flight of 20+ steps with a rail support before reaching the apartment. If you are booking Suite 2 or 4, you are acknowledging the noise impact from the bar downstairs. Please read our reviews from past guests for more details. We are looking forward to hosting you!
