The space
*Please* 🙏🏼read the whole description (the Space & Guest Access etc.) before you ask questions; 99% of the questions we get are answered here; and of course, utilize the various Guest Resources once you book.

The 2nd-floor apartment (~1100 sq ft) gives off a serious city yet laid-back vibe. You will have access to the entire 2 bed 2 bath apartment, including the private patio.

All 5 apartments are located on the 2nd floor. Upon entering the building, there will be a tall flight of stairs. On the ground floor, local businesses include a lighting company and a speak-easy *bar*.

If you need or prefer a patio with a clear view of the city, check out Apt #1 ("Stylish Walkable Center Suite 1") in the same building. It is also a 2-bedroom apt.

The king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The queen bedroom also has its own bathroom, where you will find the stacked washer and dryer units. Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers.
Guest access
100% of the apartment and 1 Reserved parking spot (details in the House Manual and Check-in Instructions). Street parking is free after 5 pm and during weekends.

Guests won't have access to the mailboxes, so please do not use our address for deliveries, unless it's FedEx or UPS.
Additional notes
Please be aware of potential noise due to street activity and music from the bar & grill downstairs.
Guest interaction
We live nearby and can be onsite within minutes if needed.

You will feel right at home at the 610 Bar and Grill which is located downstairs. Jordan and Logan are the bartenders, and Doug is the chef. Their bar is like our very own Cheers. Be sure to let them know you're our guest staying upstairs.
Neighborhood overview
You are truly in the heart of downtown, only 2 blocks from skyscrapers. Upon entering the building, there is a flight of 20+ steps with a rail support before reaching the apartment. If you are booking Suite 2 or 4, you are acknowledging the noise impact from the bar downstairs. Please read our reviews from past guests for more details. We are looking forward to hosting you!
