The space
*Please* 🙏🏼read the whole description (the Space & Guest Access etc.) before reaching out; 99% of the questions we get are answered here; and of course, utilize the various Guest Resources once you book.

Due to the bar and grill downstairs, in addition to the urban city sounds, there will be some noise impact in your apartment, i.e. music. Think Bourbon St/New Orleans. If you are noise-sensitive, please consider Apt #3 in the same building.

You will have access to the entire 1 bed 1 bath apartment (~850 square feet), including the private outdoor patio. The bedroom has a top-notch Queen bed and a walk-in closet. The bathroom is where you will find a walk-in shower, and the stacked washer and dryer units. There is also a Single foldable memory-foam cot.

We provide an assigned parking spot in the lot directly across Center Street. There is also metered street parking available for your other vehicles if any.

All 5 apartments are located on the 2nd floor. Upon entering the building, there will be a tall flight of stairs. On the ground floor, local businesses include a lighting company and a speak-easy *bar*.
Guest access
100% of the apartment and 1 Reserved off-street parking spot (details in the House Manual and Check-in Instructions). Street parking is free after 5 pm and during weekends. There is a tall flight of stairs upon entering the building.

Guests won't have access to the mailboxes, so please do not use our address for deliveries, unless it's FedEx or UPS.
Additional notes
For guests who have a low tolerance for noise, please be aware of potential impact from street activity and bar music. In anticipation of this, we do provide a Sound Machine that is placed in the bedroom.
Guest interaction
We live nearby and can be onsite within minutes if needed.

You will feel right at home at the 610 Bar and Grill which is located downstairs. Jordan and Logan are the bartenders. Their bar is like our very own Cheers.:-) Be sure to let them know you're staying upstairs and are our Airbnb guests.
Neighborhood overview
You are truly in the heart of downtown, only 2 blocks from skyscrapers. Upon entering the building, there is a flight of 20+ steps with a rail support before reaching the apartment. If you are booking Suite 2 or 4, you are acknowledging the noise impact from the bar downstairs. Please read our reviews from past guests for more details. We are looking forward to hosting you!
