The space

The 2nd-floor street-facing balcony gives off a serious city yet laid-back vibe! Think Bourbon Street in New Orleans! The balcony is the only area where smoking is permitted.

This space is directly above the bar and you *will hear* the music/bar noise. If you are noise sensitive this apt will not work for you. This unit is priced at 1 bedroom price for this reason. The impact is typically louder during weekend nights.

You will have access to the entire 2 bed 1 bath apartment (~850 square feet). The master bedroom is directly connected to the balcony and dining area. The full bathroom has a skylight in the ceiling and sits between the master and 2nd bedroom; it is where you will find the stacked washer and dryer unit.
Guest access
100% of the apartment and 1 Reserved parking spot (details in the House Manual and Check-in Instructions). Street parking is free after 5 pm and during weekends.

Guests won't have access to the mailboxes, so please do not use our address for deliveries, unless it's FedEx or UPS.

Guest interaction
We communicate via the Airbnb app. There's usually no face to face contact since it's a self-check in process.

You will feel right at home at the 610 Bar and Grill downstairs where Jordan and Logan are the bartenders. Be sure to let them know you're staying upstairs. They will treat you with extra care.

You are truly in the heart of downtown, only 2 blocks from skyscrapers. Lively space above a bar. Weekend nights are loud. Please be forewarned. If you love the Bourbon Street vibe, you will love this space!
