The space
Absolutely NO smoking of any kind inside the building please. Violations will incur a post-cleaning fine of $250.

The nearest intersection is W 6th and Ringo. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor while the shared kitchen area and laundry room is on the first floor. Upon entering the building, there will be a short flight of stairs and there is not an elevator.

You will have access to the entire 1 bed 1 bath apartment (~850 square feet), including the kitchen where you will find a seating area, full-sized refrigerator, kitchenware, utensils, and the stacked washer and dryer units.
Guest access
100% of the apartment and 1 parking space at the back of the building (first-come-first-serve basis). You may also park on the street (there are no meters to feed).
Additional notes
It was built in 1920 as a boarding house, within a block from Vino's and behind the fire station.
