The space
Absolutely NO smoking of any kind inside the building please. Violations incur a $250 post-cleaning fee.

The nearest intersection is W 6th and Ringo. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor while the shared kitchen area and laundry room is on the first floor. Upon entering the building, there will be a short flight of stairs and there is not an elevator.

You will have access to the entire 2 bed 1 bath apartment, including your own kitchen complete with a full-sized refrigerator, kitchenware, utensils, and the stacked washer and dryer units.
Guest access
100% of the apartment and 1 parking space at the back of the building (first-come-first-serve basis). You may also park on the street (there are no meters to feed).
